When does the cup open?
The cup opens on September 15 every year!

Our bankgiro!
A few years ago, we changed our bankgiro number—most people pay correctly, but double-check below.
The cup's bankgiro number is 5902-1410.

When will the game schedule be published?
Our goal is to publish the game schedule four weeks before the cup, i.e., the weekend of March 28-29.
This is so that you can plan your trips to Eskilstuna well in advance, which helps us if you fill in your arrival information and estimated time of arrival on Friday so that we can plan the correct match start times.

When will I find out where I will be staying?
You will find out where you will be staying on your team page approximately two weeks before the cup starts.
Teams belonging to the same club will, as far as possible, be staying close to each other.

Why do we need to fill in the number of cup cards as soon as possible?
Everyone staying in our accommodation must have a cup card. This also applies to leaders, so don't forget to include them. We plan where you will be staying based on the size of the classrooms and how many 80 cm mattresses can fit in each classroom. We can start this work as soon as we know how many of you there will be. It also helps us to plan purchases and meals.

In addition, every year we handle a couple of hundred kilograms of lost belongingsand cup cards that are not returned to their owners. If you mark balls, clothes, and cup cards with the names of the players/leaders, we will have a better chance of finding the owner of the lost item using the contact information provided when registering the cup card!

Where is the check-in desk where I can pick up my envelope?
The check-in desk is located on the second floor, directly above the stairs in Volvo CE Arena Arenatorget 1 ( link here!). The envelope contains information about the cup, a cup map, cup cards if you have ordered them, and your coach gift.

Where is the Tournament Office?
The Tournament Office is located on the second floor next to the large kiosk in Volvo CE Arena, Arenatorget 1 (link here!) . The tournament office is staffed from 1:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. on Friday, from 6:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. on Saturday, and from 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Sunday. But remember that you can reach us by phone around the clock if you need help, and that we have accommodation hosts on duty at all our accommodations.
